  • Faculty and Staff Employee Initiated Form to Document Student’s Experiential Learning:
    • Speak with the Career Experience Team staff to begin the process of documenting the experience on student’s transcript with submitting an experiential learning form and roster.

  1. Begin in ACES – FOR ALL COLLEGES
    • Log into ACES
    • Select the Employee/Faculty Tab
    • Scroll down and click on AlamoEXPERIENCE
    • Sign into AlamoEXPERIENCE
  2. Now Connect to Your College – CONNECT TO YOUR COLLEGE BRANCH/ORGANIZATION
