Job description:
Come grow with us, part-time or full-time – looking for someone who can become an operations manager. Ideally, should have experience in the home improvement/maintenance industry with customer service and/or sales orientation.
Bar-B-Clean Milwaukee is looking for team service technicians who are eager to push themselves, earn the money and recognition they deserve, and have an amazing career in an up-and-coming industry related to cleaning, servicing, and repairing of BBQ grills, firepits/fireplaces, and ovens/hoods – anything related to cooking and fire!
We have built a strong team and culture, where team members are deeply motivated; we care about you and your hobbies and your family and your free time, and make sure that you can have that balance in your life to enjoy it all. This position allows you to pursue other part-time opportunities in the late afternoons and evenings, and during the colder seasons.
Who Are We?
We’re Bar-B-Clean. At Bar-B-Clean, our mission is to promote a healthy, family-oriented lifestyle among our clients while pioneering and leading the barbecue-cleaning industry. Over the years, we’ve built, expanded, and grown nationally with innovative cleaning technology and processes.

· You work hard
· You love working with a team
· You can diagnose a problem and make recommendations to fix it
· You love to serve others and be professional
· You love to challenge yourself, and you want to learn, and even be cross-trained
· You understand the importance of serving others (your team members and our customers)
As an equal opportunity employer, candidates will receive consideration without discrimination based on race, creed, color, sex, national origin, handicap status, or veteran status. *** We hire veterans!
Job Duties:
Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.
Develop your expertise: You clean, repair, and install barbecue grills, knowing that you’re ultimately helping people eat healthier. Over time, you gain expertise in diagnosing problems and in repairing or replacing them.
Become a trusted professional: You keep your equipment clean and well-maintained so it’s ready for use, safe, and handy. You look forward to the day when you’re a trusted industry expert with your own apprentices to train.
Job Requirements:
You’re a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed, and you understand that safety is paramount. You won’t work anywhere unsafe, and you know safety is a two-way street, so you won’t do anything unsafe either.
You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You don’t need experience to apply here, but experience is preferred. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You eagerly complete your training requirements and ask, “What’s next?”
You’re a tech-savvy people-person: You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you’re posed with. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and educating them professionally about their grill.
You’re ready to work: You have a driver’s license and vehicle, a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job.
