We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Food Prep Assistant to help prepare charcuterie boxes and assist with occasional deliveries to local vineyards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys food presentation, organization, and working in a clean, professional kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare charcuterie boxes according to company standards and presentation guidelines
Slice meats, portion cheeses, and assemble ingredients with precision
Label products with proper food safety and expiration information
Maintain a clean and sanitary food prep workspace
Assist with packaging, inventory organization, and prep for weekly deliveries
Occasionally assist with local drop-offs to vineyards and venues
Requirements
Active Food Handler Certification
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Ability to follow prep guides and ingredient checklists
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working independently
Availability during weekday prep times (with occasional weekend prep)
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in food prep, catering, or restaurant kitchens
Interest in charcuterie, hospitality, or wine industry
