Looking for real-world sales experience while earning great money on a flexible schedule?
Nice and Bright Outdoor Lighting is a growing Twin Cities company looking for outgoing, motivated students to join our team as Field Sales Representatives.
You’ll work in targeted neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our permanent and seasonal lighting services and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
No closing required. No lighting experience required. We’ll train you.
Compensation
$20/hour + uncapped commission
Permanent Lighting
- +$25 per completed qualified appointment
- +$75 when your lead becomes a customer
- $100 total commission per sale
Seasonal Holiday Lighting
- +$15 per completed qualified appointment
- +$35 when your lead becomes a customer
- $50 total commission per sale
