**Job Description:**
As a Warehouse Associate at Recon Wear, you will be a vital part of our team responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role is designed with flexibility in mind, making it an ideal opportunity for college students seeking part-time work while pursuing their studies.
20-25 Hours per week
$15/HR.
Flexible hours M-F if needed.
Must be able to work 11am-7pm Sundays.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Order Processing:** Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring products are correctly prepared for delivery.
2. **Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory levels, conducting regular counts, and restocking as needed.
3. **Quality Control:** Inspect incoming and outgoing products to verify quality and identify any discrepancies or defects.
4. **Organization:** Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety protocols and maintaining a tidy work environment.
5. **Assistance in Receiving:** Receive and check in shipments, record and report any damages or discrepancies.
6. **Flexibility:** Adapt to varying work schedules to accommodate class schedules and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
7. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and productive warehouse operation.
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent (college enrollment preferred).
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Physical fitness and capability to lift and move packages (up to 50 pounds).
– Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
– Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
