We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Event Crew Members to join our team! If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, traveling to different venues, and being part of creating memorable events, we’d love to meet you.
Every day is different. You’ll help deliver, set up, and break down equipment for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private events throughout Southern California, with occasional travel opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload event rental equipment, including tables, chairs, decor, and other event items
- Deliver, set up, and break down equipment at event venues
- Safely handle equipment while maintaining a professional appearance
- Keep equipment organized and assist with warehouse duties as needed
- As you gain experience, operate company vehicles and take on additional responsibilities
Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–70 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Available to work weekends and flexible hours based on event schedules
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event production, moving, furniture delivery, warehouse work, or another physically demanding job is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Bi-Lingual a Plus
