>> My name is Julie Rosenberger and I work for Shaw Contract Group, and I'm a Commercial Carpet Specialist. Shaw Contract Group is a part of Shaw Industries, and we're a subsidiary of Brookshire Hathaway. We are the world's largest carpet manufacturer, and we also do hard surface as well for both residential and commercial flooring. So, my role, or my job, is to sell commercial carpeting to the commercial industry. So I primarily call on architect and designers. I call on installers, carpet installers and facility managers of buildings or property managers. I'm educating them a lot on our green initiatives and sustainability which is becoming more and more important in building new buildings and existing buildings. So usually educating my clients on the latest and greatest and what the commercial industry has to offer. My day usually starts around 7:30. I like to get in the office, or downstairs in my home, a little bit before our corporate headquarters opens which is at 8 o'clock. I usually work from 8 to 6, depending on my day. I'd say out of five days a week, I'm in the office a total of a day and a half. But for the most part I am on the road making sales calls to my different clients. And it kind of fluctuates week to week how many calls I'll have outside the office, and sometimes you have to work on big contracts and proposals, which tend to be more computer time. So I spend more time in the office. So, it's very flexible. You kind of mix and match your schedule as you see fit.
