>> My name is Carl Fitch I own a computer consulting company called Statera we have offices all over the western United States. About a third of the time it's what we call business consulting. So helping companies understand what their, you know strategic direction is. Where they should invest in technologies. What the business processes are that should be automated so the you know the kind of consulting you know that doesn't compile I call it you know because it's you know not technology based. The other 2/3 is very technology oriented so actually implementing those ideas and strategies on a whole variety of different technology platforms. As a professional services firm it probably more closely resembles a law firm or an accounting firm in terms in structure so you know early on you know I'm the guy that's selling it in, doing it in, you know making sure the customers are thrilled and as we grew and expanded across the country my job becomes less about you know the client every day as it is making sure the operations are good, that we have the right processes and people on the company. But my best days are the ones that I'm still face to face with a customer and understanding what they're trying to achieve and doing my best to help them.
