>> My name is Andres Johnson. And I work in HR for Kohler Company. So on a daily basis we are positioning the company using our talent and working to make sure we have the right pieces in the right place in order to be successful for our future goals for the next five to ten years. So positioning people and training them. Making sure that they get the skills that they need in order to be successful in their roles. So it starts in the recruiting process and engaging talent from the outside and helping them learn about the company and what we can offer them and what they can offer us. And in the on boarding process it is really about making sure that they are meshing well with the rest of the team. Cultural fit is something that we pay attention to very regularly. And it's very important because you can have all the talent in the world, but if you're not meshing well with your co-workers, it can be a detriment to the company and obviously your success over the long run. So when someone comes on it's very important to make sure that they are integrating well and have an on boarding plan where they're meeting with the right people and gaining those connections that help them be successful over the long run. One of my primary functions is recruiting for talent. So, for instance right now, we have a few sales positions open, marketing roles, and those take up a lot of my time because when you select someone to interview they typically last about an hour, an hour and a half, and certainly it's very busy when you have the influx of candidates that a large company like Kohler Company has, and making time to address all of those qualified candidates for the role.
