>> My name is Charlotte Daughan. I work at GolfNow.com. I'm the Loyalty Manager and I'm also a small business owner Blingo Ball Marks. It's a women's golf accessory line. So I started on the sales side at GolfNow and ultimately you are kind of required to move somewhere and I wanted to stay here. I've always been here and loved it so luckily it was good timing. GolfNow is growing and they needed a Loyalty Manager so when I sat down for the interview they thought I would be a good candidate. I'm comfortable with people. I love golf. I was able to do well in the sales position so they just thought I would be a good candidate for it. So I said what does a Loyalty Manager do and they said that's for you to figure out. But ultimately, I'm basically high level customer service. So I do that at the corporate level for GolfNow. I manage our call center, our supervisors. I help our sales team of customer service and if we have any small legal issues or hiccups that come up I help with that, so I just try to keep the peace. I kind of joke about that but we just want everyone to be happy. If you have any problems but GolfNow has grown so much just in the time that I've been there that it's definitely needed and I really enjoy doing it. GolfNow never stops that's the beauty of it. You can book Tee times 24/7 so with that comes a team that kind of works 24/7. So we have over 5,000 golf courses. We have over a million customers. We've booked 11 million rounds of golf last year so it's busy. We get a lot of emails. I get a ton of questions. I feel like the answer center so kind of never stops. If I'm awake I'm looking at my e-mails seven days a week but it kind of just keeps going. It's steady which is good but an average day it's typical corporate 9 to 5, going to work Monday to Friday just chip away and help everything but a lot of e-mails, lot of questions, lot of writing which as a political science major that was really helpful. I'm comfortable with that and just I really never know what to expect because I don't know what problems are going to come up at our call center with our sales team so just be available and knowledgeable and know how to help.
