>> My name's Tyler Doggett. I'm the Managing Director of CRE Advisors. CRE stands for commercial real estate. We are a small, full service commercial real estate firm. Commercial real estate, for those that don't know, include product types like office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and land. So those are the products and assets that we deal with. We stay away from single-family residences. By full service, I've kind of lumped the services that we provide into three categories-brokerage, which would be representing a buyer or a seller in a sales transaction. The other service would be leasing, where we would represent maybe a landlord or a tenant in a leasing transaction, and the final is kind of a catchall. It's advisory type services, and it's something we do as a consultant for a fixed fee, and examples of that might include offering a client an opinion of value of their property or assisting a client in contesting their real estate taxes for, say, their office building. There are other types of advisory work that we'll do depending on the client and their needs, but that kind of sums up the full service that our firm offers to our clients. As a Managing Director I wear many hats. I have to participate in my own deals because that's where the bulk of my income comes from. So I have a book of business and clients that I will be leasing their buildings for or representing buyers or tenants in finding them a new home for their small business or as an investment, but the other hats that I wear would include just running the day-to-day operations of our small firm. So I oversee personnel. I oversee the marketing of the business, but also of our listings that we have as a company. I'm also responsible for business development, so getting out there and networking, finding out what the needs are in the marketplace, having a good grasp of the marketplace as a whole. So managing day-to-day operations, hiring personnel, that type of stuff, but I can't forget that I'm also one of the guys on the team trying to participate in transactions as well.
