>> Real estate is just something I always had this love for because it's tangible. I guess that's really the only reason. To, real estate, construction, they're all kind of hand-in-hand, and that was my degree. So the fact that you can touch it, see it, trade it, buy it, sell it, shape it, remodel it, turn it into what you want it to be. Obviously there's a cost to it, but the tangibility of it is always something I could understand and, you know, I can see it and understand it, so I mean, that's why I love to wake up every day, and I get it. I just understand it. It's something that has come easy to me, and, you know, some other things have, but this has come pretty easy to me, and you know. I mean, granted, I don't know half of what a lot of people do, but I ask a lot of dumb questions, and I surround myself with smart people, so that's how you overcome a lot of your incapabilities of what you don't know. So, you know, it's just ever-changing. I mean, we have a market crash, and now in Phoenix, the market's up 35 percent year-over-year. I heard a story the other day, in the last 90 days its up 30 percent. So, you know, it's ever-changing, and right now being nimble is key to what were doing, and having your ear to the ground and really knowing what's going on is fun, because it's changing, and you know, the challenge of doing that, so --
