>> Uhm, so my name is Christopher Macaulay and I work as the core learning and development project leader at City here in New York. We're a non profit education organization that partners with public school systems across the United States to provide intervention and training for kids who are off track for graduating in high need areas. So I used to work directly with students at an elementary and middle school in East Harlem but now I help coordinate training and professional development for the people that work with students. I don't really have any interaction with the kids anymore but I work directly with the -- with their tutors and mentors. Really getting them the tools and skills that they need in order to best work with the students and help them be as successful as possible. I don't know if I can really say there's a typical day, every day is kind of different. I work out of our main office in New York but that doesn't necessarily mean that I'm sitting at a desk all day. I do a lot of work out in the field so I'll start off with the office and then go visit one of our schools somewhere in New York City. And kind of work one on one with the different core members. I'll also have a lot of different meetings, kind of around a lot of phone calls and a lot of Excel spread sheets.
